This is phone is an amazing phone indeed, but theres always pro's and cons for things, but don't worry this doesn't have much cons. Well, the pros are the touch screen, it gives the phone the iPhone feeling but with the full QWERTY keyboard it has it's own experience. The Google search feature also comes in very handy at times. Now for the cons, the G1 gets a little (and i use that word very precisley) laggy, only after start ups, and after you search the google engine. It may not occour alot, but once in a while it will. Also, the loading times may cause you some problems when you are in a hurry, but that's nothing to be worrying about if your not.
